Step 4: Planning and organisation

Once the trade fair has been selected, the planning and organisation of your trade fair participation begins. This can be spelt out from A for registration to B for budget to Z for customs clearance.

Marketing budgets are investments in the future of the company and are planned in the long, medium and short term according to the company and marketing objectives. Trade fair participation is also part of this.

An objective cost-benefit calculation is required! And the organisational handling also needs clear guidelines: To ensure that you have an overview during preparation, stand operation and follow-up, you should draw up a precise schedule in which all important tasks are recorded, from timely registration to insurance issues and the logistics of transporting goods to booking tickets and accommodation.
