Step 10: Follow-up and performance review

Before the trade fair is after the trade fair: the measures to be taken, when and by whom (sales, field service, marketing) for follow-up work must be determined and prepared before the trade fair. Reliability, speed, type and style of handling trade fair contacts give visitors to the stand an impression of the reliability of future co-operation.

The success control serves as a basis for decision-making for the adaptation and optimisation of further trade fair participations. The results are taken into account in future stand concepts, the selection and number of staff, the invitation campaigns and the use of the trade fair budget. This is where the circle closes. Only those who define their participation goals can measure their success.

Support is provided by the AUMA Trade Fair Benefit Check. It offers the opportunity to calculate and evaluate existing or planned trade fair participations with relatively little effort.
