So if trade fairs are irreplaceable meeting places for face-to-face communication and personal contact with target groups, suppliers and employees, then special attention must be paid to the preparation of the stand crew.

After all, the more motivated and qualified your stand personnel are, the greater the chances of achieving good dialogue results and making new contacts.

Targeted selection and intensive training of team members are just as important as an effective presentation of the company, its products and services.
